i care what i look like. but not towhere i care what someone thinks if they act like they're better than me. if i like something anyone qwho doesn't can just get over it. but i do care how i look.

It very much does make sense. Lets face the fact, we all care about how we look or else we wouldn't be dressing the way we do. I think to a certain extent we should care about what others think but as far as "I look better than she does" kind of attitude we shouldn't let stuff like that bother us.
