Reinstalling iTunes could be the answer, also check your settings in the start menu/set program access and defaults to make sure iTunes has been enabled and that Media Player is not the sole media player,ie tick the box to allow access to iTunes Good Luck with it Ive been using it for months now and have it fairly fine tuned,PS for album art not available in iTunes go to albumart.org (fantastic for missing album covers dvd etc.

Go into control panel, "add/remove programs" and uninstall iTunes. Reboot your pc.

Download the most recent version and install it. (it's free)

That should fix it. I've seen this before.

Of course, make sure your virus scanner is up to date!

Do you use Windows XP or Vista

ITunes now cannot run under Vista
