Yes!! There was once a few men who built a powerful submarine. They went to the bottom of the of the deepest trench. At the bottom, they saw a flounder-like fish stir up some sand. They stayed there for a long while but the sand that the fish stired made the watter as clear as milk. (As if it wasn't hard enough to see down there anyway.) I know I'm right because if man can reach Mt. Everest, why can't they reach the bottom of the ocean? Yet we know less about the ocean than the mysteries of the other planets.

Well which ocean???? They've reached the bottom of some oceans, at higher points. They haven't been to the lowest point of the Earth...
It's impossible for people to go there because of pressure.
They have concluded things to live at the very bottom of the oceans.

Two men went to the deepest part of the Marianas Trench, the deepest part of the ocean, in a bathysphere in 1959. They saw fish and crustaceans on the sea floor at that depth. No-one has been back since. It is far too dangerous and nothing is to be achieved by further manned dives.

Perhaps the lowest point of the pacific ocean would be the most difficult and dangerours dive to achieve. Its over 8 miles deep.
