World's worst leader? Dang, there are so many. There are almost 200 countries in the United Nations (192 to be exact). There is a main leader and several other leaders in most. 48 countries are run by dictators. Some are benevolent dictators, but others are ruthless. Some kidnap women on the streets just to rape them. Others kill their subjects on a whim. Others kill those who do nothing more than disagree with them. Those leaders are pretty bad, but, hey, I guess George Bush must be worse than those! I can't tell you why. I just have this hate deep in my gut that tells me he is worse than somebody who confines an estimated 250,000 of his own people in “reeducation camps.” Heck, we have our freedom so who cares about them, right? Only in the eyes of loosers.
Parade lists for two years running the worst is: Omar al-Bashir, Sudan. Age 62. In power since 1989.

Probably the Pope. He is leading people to resist birth control and limit medical advances on a huge scale. As a result, aids continues to spread to millions, the birth rate soars and medical miracles that could save lives or other great things are prevented from being used.
