I want to be done in one year and what is a good school to go to in michigan in this reguard

well I would say that a lab tech would be a good choice, you have to have great science though. A radiologist would be ideal. but that is a longer type of program, but they are in high demand. Anything you do I'm sure would be great. Good luck to you in your search.

Nothing pays the most without at least 4 years of school in the medical field. That's why they get paid the most.

an anesthesiologist(spll?) will make quite a bit, 50k to start. lab tech pays more but is a more demanding education and competition is higher.
