Because Eagles are a limited endangered species....Humans are not.. The world is over crowded and over populated as it is. If the eagle itself wants to kill its own eggs are you gonna then lecture that eagle? Not only that abortion is making a decision that effects YOUR life.... killing another beings eggs is making a decision for them.
I wish more animals had better rights and laws protecting them!

Probably because eagles are almost extinct, and the world is overpopulated so obviously humans are not. I don't see why you would ask such a naive question, the answer seems obvious. It's the womans choice, not yours. If you don't want to have an abortion, than that's you choice, but if another woman decides to and than that's her choice. I hate how people are trying to run other peoples lives, this topic with homosexuality should just be banned from conversation because it's never going to end, just let people do what they want to do.

Eagles are endangered animals. The human population is growing rapidly and overpopulation is soon to come. I hope no one thinks abortion is good or even "okay" but the fact is it's legal and there isn't much that's going to change it. Let God be the judge of whomever chooses to abort a child--OR touch an eagle egg!

Because unfortunately in this society we give more actual rights to animals than we do humans. We value them more.
It's the same reason that in the richest country in the world we still have a homeless population and in many areas of the country people still go hungry.
