There are varieties of plants that can attract deer. They are listed in a large "western" gardening book with a green cover, but I'm having one of my "Alzheimer's" moments and I can't remember the exact title at the moment. Any professional nursery person in your area can probably help you with this. Sorry i couldn't be more helpful.

Deer love apples and also provide a salt block. Can purchase at most home garden shops or nursery. The bright light may deter the deer till they get used to it, so if you put one, be patient. A black lite may be more appealing to them and you can still se them. I wouldn't use a BRIGHT light in the area. Something a little more discreet like a pole up higher with a light, like a street light. If you start feeding them, continue to do so as they will become dependant on it after a time. They love veggies too.

When I had my six acres of woods harvested, the deer were all over the place feeding on the leftover branches. Good luck
