You might not notice any symptoms in the first 2 weeks. I started noticing in week #3 that I was really tired. Week #4 I vomitted for the first time (and continued vomitting for 3 straight months). Week #5 I notice a feeling of bloating/gassiness.

Technically, in the first 2 weeks of the pregnancy you aren't pregnant. But if you are talking about the 2 weeks after (4 weeks after your missed period, 2 weeks pregnant) then there may be symptoms but not always. I am currently 39 weeks pregnant and didn't have any symptoms until about 6 weeks into the pregnancy so it depends on the person.

It is normal not to have any symptoms. I only had tiredness and frequent urination. I was hungrier too.

yes, morning sickness, nausea, possibly loss of appetite, increased or decreased sleep. it differs for pregnant women. congrats if you are. but most likely after the 3rd month, you'll be over the sicknesses
