There are plenty that allow for 10 gigabytes of storage space, but I need something that allows a file size that large. And yes I own the rights to this file, so please don't report this.

If you only need to send this file to one person why not just do a p2p file share with them and be done?

icq messager upload peer to peer from there, and its gonna take a stright day or 2 depends how good your upload connection is to other user
