does Davy Jones turn into the Kraagen sea monster or does he own him?

he controls him.....he doesn't own or turn into him...and its the kraken

Neither...the person who has Davy Jones heart controls the seas and this includes the Kraken...so because Davy had his own heart through most of the movie he could control the Kraken and gave it orders which it is still trying to carry out at the end because it was not ordered to do otherwise.

Davy Jones turns into the sea monster and Jack Sparrow (played by Johnny Depp), fights him and them gets eaten by him.
