I actually like 'everything in a sandwich' except for the bread ... so my 'excellent sandwich' would be one with no bread!

Tomato Basil:
I JUST took bread out of the oven and I'm contemplating dinner. I think I'll go with a simple, old favorite. Couple slices ot tomato, couple slices of mozarella cheese, some fresh basil or parsley and you have a delicious and healthy meal.
