It sounds like a fuel problem. But that is just a guess. There are a lot of different things that could cause your car to stall out. The best way to figure out a problem like this is to narrow down the search. When it dies does it turn over but not start? Does it have spark to the spark plugs during the time when it won't start? Can you hear the fuel pump running?
You have to have a pretty good idea of what's going on before you start to spend time and money. You can wind up wasting a lot of money by guessing!
It really might cost you less in the long run to take it to a shop to have the problem diagnosed.

I would suggest haveing a repair shop check out your vehicle. Any suggestions on here would just be a guess. Things that need to be checked when it dies is the fuel pressure and volume, does it have spark?, is the SES lamp ( check engine) on when the key is turned to the on position when it doesnt start? ( that would give an indication to you if the fault is in the PCM), and most important the ignition switch, which is a common failure. Note, alot of people think fuel filters cause no starts, its very rare actually, they usually will cause a bad bogging problem. If indead the filter is totally blocked, then more diagnosising would need to be done, usually contamination of fuel.

I own a shop, and have seen this one before. You may be looking at the fuel pump, but this is not where the problem is. The symptom of a bad ignition control module is; Starts, runs, Dies, wait a while and it will start, run, die again. With this you also get no codes in the ECM to go by usually.
Glad to help out, Good luck!!!

its not the gas, but maybe the fuel filter, fuel pump, fuel injectors...etc.
it could be almost anything. you might want to take it to a mechanic. if you cannot drive it there, you might have to have it towed there.
