I work at a camp with 5 and 6 year olds so yeah I sometimes call them sweetie :)

i ususally say 'darlin' to the kids at the school wehre I teach. My son has been 'Bud' since he was about 3 yrs old. hes 18 now. :)

I don't call people any of those because it bothers me a lot when people use those names for me...even when guys do it. I don't know it just sounds so condescending.
