I'm 5'10, so I feel your pain about the trying to find them long enough thing... but I'd say Old Navy, if you're going for affordable. Also, I'm a little curvy, so Old Navy doesn't fit me all that well.. but I know that they have long and skinny, and I assume you're skinny if you want skinny jeans? They're usually more flattering on skinny people. lol

purchase pacsun's hermosa great skinny, they fit tighter and so as that they sell them in long. i agree that the venice skinny merely isn't sufficient. we are the comparable height and thats the place i'm getting all my denims
