yes it is true.They showed a short video of him last night on smackdown and says he is coming back the next 2 weeks when smackdown will be in his hometown San Diego,California.

theres a san diego event soon and Rey might make an appearance or a come back, injured or not he lives there, so maybe he will let us know what his future will be.
