Eminem hands down is better.NO one from the south and I mean no one has an ounce of lyrical skill.They,those from the south and Houston included,do come up with a clever hook every now and then but other than that most of the music from that region is garbage.In my opinion(and others in the game feel the same but wont admit it)this is why Nas said hip hop is dead but I do feel that Ludacris is the exception to this opinion!

Tough decision. T.I. is the best rapper in the south hands down, but not as good as Eminem.
