Why was Chris Daughtery kicked off of American Idol? I think the show did it and not the voters... Everybody loved him!!!

Well, as you know, contestants are not kicked off of American Idol for specific things they do. All that happened was he didn't get enough votes from the American people, as American Idol is based solely on the votes. I guess more Americans liked Taylor Hicks than Chris...

I thinkl he got a better deal elsewhere, and the producers didn't want him

the viewers did'nt have enough votes for him, i tried my best but to no avail.
