I just started writing the same question and was alerted to yours! I watched it and thought it was very cool!!! Totally unexpected to get something decent on ITV on a Saturday night.
I think I am an addict already - and great music too!
How cute is Rex and the some of the chaps are very dishy!

um...it's alright. I wouldn't say that I'm hooked, I've had to sit through way too many walking with dinosaurs programmes to get hooked on primeval within the first 5 mins...no offence. I think it will probably get better as it goes along though, so I'm gonna carry on watching just to see if I'm ryt lol The actors r good...even hannah who used to be in s club. I thought she wuld end up being rubbish but she's not half bad!

I really liked it, if only because Rex was so unbelievably charismatic - I absolutely loved the bit where he was in the lift bobbing his head to the music!
And also the bit where the kid had his bedroom trashed by the dinosaur and he threw the glass ball at it's head, then got out his plastic light sabre just in case extra defence was needed!
I don't think it was meant to be comedy but it worked quite well. I'll definitely be watching it again.

I think it looks good, I enjoy science fantasy, and this looks looks good from ITV, definitely one to watch. For those who missed it, it will be repeated tomorrow on ITV1 at 4:30pm according to TV Times.

i enjoyed it, was disappointed to find out series one is only six episodes long...come on ITV if you want to beat Dr. Who you need to keep us glued to our screens.. also a bit sad as i now have the Primeval screen saver on my PC

My bloke says it shows promise. Just the kind of bunkum you need on a Saturday night.
