I know they arent sure about who the father is yet. So who is caring for the child currently?? I know she wasnt really on good terms with her family. Who has taken the child in until the father is found???????

Its just really sad to think about the innocent baby, I think there is a conspiracy of some kind going on.

the baby has never left the Bahamas and they say no court can order it back to the US, since it has dual citizenship. Her husband is the "father" on the birth certificate. The only way they can force a DNA test is if a claim is made for the millions that Anna nicole would have received, they will have to prove it is her child, perhaps...if the baby isn't also "found dead" like its brother and its mother...lots of money involved...

The last report regarding Dannielynn on CNN was that the baby was in the Bahamas with Howard K. Sterns mother, which is why they cannot locate him in Florida. They are assumming he is back in the Bahamas with his mother and the baby. According to the Bahamian officials the child will be taken from them and put into child protective services and foster care until her paternity can be determined. But only God knows how long and drawn out this could be

A caretaker who was a friend of Anna Nicoles has the baby.
Anna's mother is trying to get the baby back to the US.
She fears for it's life and she fears Howard Stern. As an attorney said...2 people dead and 400+ million dollars at stake.
Stern may be the suspicious one. Anna was sick to her stomach for 2 days prior to her death....poisoning.....anything in this case scenario is possible.

Danielynn is being taken care of by Howard K. Stern's mother for the time being. They're in the Bahamas I believe, and on DL's birth certificate, it states that Howard K. Stern is the father. We don't know anything at all yet.

i imagine now that the funeral is over with, Howard is going to do the right aspect about paternity with Larry. i imagine Anna knew Larry grow to be the daddy. that they had a wrestle and that is at the same time as she left to the Bahama's with Howard. Howard has been Anna's pal, legal counsel and confidant for decades. He did what she suggested. no one managed Anna. again to Howard, i trust he and Larry will paintings issues out. and that i'm hoping to God that Virgie would not get her grasping, egocentric, nasty fingers on that little female.

There's a huge lawsuit over it. Her current attorney and supposed father against Nicole's ex. They need a paternity test to prove who has the right to be her guardian. but I also heard that some of Nicole's relatives will get custody.

Howard K Sterns mother is in the Bahamas now to take care of her while he stays in FL. Anna Nicoles mother is also there, she is trying to take emergency custody of her but hasn't had any luck.

Doesn't matter legaly is the guy in the birth certificate the father so he is the one that is a legal custody right now and will be he is in the birth certificate so is no law that can do anything about it...She decide for him to be the father so it is...
