ugh, i totally agree, just because someone can dream up clothing and put it on the runways doesnt mean it's great. they have some pretty scary looking clothing styles, i prefer the clothes from other decades... they're actually come back into style, go figure.

I agree that some clothes aren't as great, but I think you get some of those with every time period.

some things are like the thigs from hollister, abercrombie and fitch, and american eagel. those things are so freaking trashy and sleazy. i go to H and M, Weathervane, and some other stores that dont make clothes like everyone elses

I agree. A lot of see through stuff. A lot of very low cut tops. You can't wear those to work, especially if you work for a man.

It happened because the streetwear became "glamorous" even if anybody looks like homeless.
Cheap production, high advertising costs and shameless celebrities in the events.

I know exactly what you mean, like the pencil jeans, they look good on some people like celbs, but for regular people they dont always look that great

I'm not fond of fug skinny leg jeans, belts over the shirt...most eighties vintage garbage...(ew, leg warmers?) :P Right there with you, girl. ;) But then again, wait 5 years and it will all be different (or at least I pray it will.) ;)

and there I was thinking it was me..... I too think they're rubbish, cheap scruffy looking. When will neat well cut clothes come back I wonder.
