Why do boys wear their pants so low that their crotch comes between their knees? Answers are appreciated!

Sometime I want to ask them why do they still pull their pants as they walk, why not just let it fall?

My theory is that some famous or really popular person started it. Then a few other guys said "hey that looks cool". Then their friends experienced peer pressure. Then schools desperately tried to outlaw this (in an unsuccessful attempt). Then finally we just came to accept it.

Because they think they're cool. I think it is so nasy and just gross! Those people have like NO class at all. They should pull up their pants nobody likes to see they're underwear. They should buy a freaking belt if that's they're excuse.

They boys who wear them think they're tough punks, but they don't even understand that the custom origninated in jails, where guys could become easy, readily available victims for anal rape.

Well, I tend to be a hip person.
Nothing looks better than a well toned V shape chest/hip.

I have no idea, i say it makes them feel cool, and everyone does it these days, so they want to fit in to the mainstream.
