They were attacking Clinton before the terrorist attacks. They can't stand it that he made them look like monkeys.
An example is when the Congress sent a budget bill to Clinton to sign he noticed that they had attached some very undesirable riders. Riders are things tacked on to a bill that have nothing to do with the bill but when the bill is signed they become law too. It is a way of getting things through that would not have gone through otherwise. Clinton sent the bill back with the message that if they remove the riders (very much for the neocon agenda)
he would sign it. They sent it back up a second time with different neocon agenda riders attached. Again, Clinton sent it back with the same message. Meanwhile the government was barely operating. No budget to pay people and so on. Finally the Congress sent the bill up to Clinton without the riders and he signed it. The result of this was the ultimate resignation of Newt Gingrich. The neocons wanted revenge after that.

Absolutly not because he was a wussy. He never did anything to the terrorists when they kept attacking us here, and abroad. All he was worried about was the next piece of @ss

Mr Clinton has brought on all the ridicule on his own, no one has made up anything regarding him and his bad choices as, not only a President, but, a human being. He has no morals, which I realize is a sore subject for the Democratic party, because this is an area where they are severely lacking.......
So, if it looks like a dog, and wags its tail like a dog, then I would say that it is definitely a dog..

The problem is that Clinton bombed a Chistian nation for months; but didn't have the guts to finish the job in Somalia, bombed Iraq only when his girlfriend was testifying against him and was afraid to do anything "illegal" to Osama ...
