I ordered an iPod online, I chose to pay $10 extra to have it shipped within 2 days. Apple said it would be shipped via Federal Express, but I still haven't received the package 6 days later! I checked the order status, it said it was still in transit. Who should I contact to resolve this issue? I want my $10 dollars back!

Keep pestering the merchant you bought it from. See if there's a customer feedback page on their website too. As soon as upper management hears that promises aren't being kept, then something will be done about it.

first talk to apple, then do what they tell you to. Most likely they will say talk to FEDEX so just try apple first, sorry to say but doubtful you get your money back. Also if it says it will ship in 2 days that means leave apples wearhouse. And then another 5-7 days for shipping. Check but that is probably what happened.

carry on, you at the instantaneous are not searching ahead to shipping for "like" 4 days, and now you imagine they should be informing you of a failed shipping. tell me, how did you comprehend they tried to provide it? answer: you do not! in case you want to make sure the position it really is, why not contact them, not us!

Okay, sometimes if the weather is bad, it might take longer. Call FedEx and talk to them about it. ^_^
