The point of it is a special day so copules can get a day once a year and think of the old times or just have a speical celabration for being together.

The point of being someone's Valentine and vice versa is to be loved just for the person that you are and to love that person just for the way they are!

I dont really understand the point either I think that its just another Hallmark day, that card stores made up so they can make there money between Christmas and Easter.
