I recently have dropped my mp3 player. Since then, it has worked perfectly fine until the other day. I place new AAA batteries in the mp3 player and after doing so, it presented the main menu. Once at the main menu, I hit the button to go in a listen to my music. Once I hit this menu option, it came up saying "Disk Error!". It did this as well when I tried to go into the voice recordings, telephone book, and other menu options I've never used before. Help!?

I don't understand how it could be broken. After I dropped it, it worked fine for at least a week (if not longer). Now, once I placed new batteries in it, it's saying there is a Disk Error. Is there even a disk in mp3 players? Anyway, someone please help!
