I really need to change the color

change the color with applying another nail polish coat and remove it quickly with tissue..immediatly it will be removed :)
dont be lazy and buy a nail polish remover :p

ummm, i haven't heard of any alternatives to nail polish remover but the grocery store carries it, so you should go buy some!

if it's light, you can paint right over it.
consider it a base coat.
