Here is an exert fro an article on the topic, from this it sounds like she did have drugs in her system but not a normaly leathal amount, however if she had an allergic reaction to a medication it is possible that even a small amount could kill her.

At a press conference Friday afternoon, Dr. Joshua Perper, who performed the autopsy, said that there is no cause of determination yet for Anna Nicole's death. He added, however, that definitive results could take 3 to 5 weeks --that the death could have beenfrom natural causes, tied to a medical cause or chemical, or that it could be a combination of the two factors.
Dr. Perper also said that he did not find evidence of large amounts of pills in Anna Nicole's stomach."

Well, there were drugs found in her hotel room. But I had heard on a news report, that Howard K. Stern was in her hotel room with her the night before. He claims that she slipped in the bathroom and hit her head, but she got up and had something to eat and she was fine. Then she went to bed, and got up again. And then the next day she died. But I'm not sure. I guess we have to wait for the autopsy report. to come back.

They said that she collapsed at a hotel. They also found drugs in a bag some were prescriptions and others were illegal but they didn't find any in her body. I think she killed herself because of her son. someone found her a couple months earlier head down in a pool. but the did CPR on her. hope i answered your question

For now, based on what they're telling the public I think she had stomach flu. However, I don't really think she's dead because I want to see her body and if she is dead Howard K. Stern killed her.

No one knows for sure yet until they do more toxicology tests - it could take weeks....I wouldn't be surprised if they found that her current husband, Howard, had slowly poisoned her....
