Not so much a name as a word. One time for a school paper it changed the word "things" to the word "thongs" throughout my whole entire paper.

Back during the Gulf War I was writting a letter to a friend of mine who was deployed. Her name was Gennifer. My spell-check tried to change the name to Guanophore which means something which eats the manure of sea birds. Sick. I STILL laugh about that one.

It changed my friend Chery Satula's name into "Cheery Salute". I thought that was funny and kind of cute, so that's what I call her now.
