Pelvic cramps are very common in the baby dropping. I wouldn't go to the hospital unless you are having more than 6 contractions in an hour, or if you have bleeding. Good luck :)

It's probably the baby dropping, but if you're worried either call your doctor, your mom, or if you're really unsettled then go to the hospital. Good Luck!

If you have been having pregnancy complications then I would call your doctors office there is usually an answering service or call you hospital. For a peace of mind I would get checked out. Good luck.

Cramps do not mean labor, it could be the ligaments stretching more to accomodate the baby. It could also be because you are starting to drop. I would not go to the hospital, I would just give your doc or on-call nurse a jingle to put your mind at ease.

Call your doctor and ask him. If it is after hours, there should be an emergency number you can call. At this point, you should not feel bad at all about contacting the Doctor after hours. And, your baby is probably not concerned with normal business hours.....
Good Luck

You didn't say how far along you are. If your not bleeding or having contractions and you are close to your due date I wouldn't worry too much about it. It is probably just your body getting ready for delivery. If the pain is severe call your Dr. to ask. Good luck!!

If it would ease your mind, then go. But it very well could be the baby moving and getting ready to drop. It is always better to be safe than sorry.

It may be early labor. If you're unsure, go to the hospital. Better safe than sorry. If you're wrong, you wouldn't be the first, but better to be wrong than to have the baby at home. Good luck you both of you!

depending on how far along you are, they sound like Braxton Hicks to me... This is your body preparing for childbirth.. You should ring your doctor to ease your mind, good luck!
