Since the Shah's death, she has lived quietly somewhere in the state of New York. I always thought she was a beautiful and classy lady.

Was she Empress of Iran? Never mind, I looked her up. Yes, she was, I remember (barely) when she and the Shah (Emperor) who were supposedly supported by us in the U.S. were ran out of Iran and the Ayatollahs took over the Iranian government. The Emperor and Empress were done wrong by the US in my humble opinion.
