Can you name a fictional character with an I.Q of 150?

Well there are probably a lot of fictional characters that have an iq of 150, but the author never tells you their exact iq, so you can't know for sure. you can only guess.

My candidates:
Hermione Granger
Samuel Westing (from a kid's book I read a couple years ago)
Elrond
Artemis Fowl
