Valentines day is only for couples...unless you're in a love triangle with your parents.

You can't go wrong with Pasta, Garlic Bread and Salad.

Buy a Bag Salad, you probably already have dressing in your fridge. $2-$3
Garlic Bread $2-$5 You can buy this cheap at any grocery store. If you want to make it special add extra mozzerella to the top and sprinkle with Italian Seasoning.
Noodles (I prefer Angel Hair) $1-$2
Sauce - $3-$6 Buy hamburger if you want meat in it. Pan fry it then throw it into the sauce. Start the sauce with some basic pasta sauce from the store. Then add a bunch of Oregano and Basil. This really adds a good amount of taste. Use garlic sparingly. If they like spicy food add some crushed read pepper.

Otherwise, I would send some flowers to your mom at work (or at the house if she doesn't work) from you and your dad. Your dad doesn't really care about Valentines Day, he just wants to make your mom happy and know that he cares. Don't tell your dad about it and you will get bonus points as your mom will be extra impressed.
