I hope this isn't a news flash, but 'global warming' is just the currently used colloquial term for general global climate change. Everyone who actually studies this stuff objectively has agreed that it's happening. Even the pentagon and our president acknowledge it despite political pressure not to. Climate change INCLUDES record breaking high and low temperatures, droughts, floods and a myriad other effects as the AVERAGE global temperature slowly increases.

Understand? No? Still unconvinced? Do facts actually matter to you at all? Does scientific consensus? If not, you're no different than a random cultist who believes what he wants despite all evidence to the contrary. Good luck with that.

Global warming doesn't mean it's going to get, like, 20 degrees hotter every year or something.

It's slow, and we're talking about averages. Of course there's still going to be variability. No one has said otherwise.

But if the average goes up as little as 5 more degrees (over the course of some years) it could have catastrophic results for life on Earth.

If you wanted to actually educate yourself on the topic, there's a huge world wide web that has a lot of information about it.

Seeing the news I can understand your frustration. But I didn't hear you complaining about the mild Fall until mid January. Short memory?

You might want to read a bit more about the increased levels of water vapor in the air, and the results that water vapor has on climate.

Yes. We have a HUGE problem with global warming, and that is why we are experiencing below-average cold weather right now. (sarcasm)
