I keep dreaming about being in high school. It was not a good time of my life. Usually I am slacking off in this dream. For example, late for class and not caring or sleeping in class. The most recent one that I had I was talking to someone and told them that I graduated a long time ago and that I was there because I wanted to be there and was actually attentive and trying to learn.

When we are relearnin how to deal with our personalities, the school will often appear in our dreams. they will often appear at times when we are attemptin to get rid of old, outmoded ideas and concepts. Also when we are learnin different ways of dealin with authority and feelings of inadequacy, our feelings about school will surface.

maybe you are regretting the fact that you didn't do so well or slacked off while in high school. Maybe you feel had you worked harder, you would be in a better position now in your life. Are you unhappy with your job or having trouble finding a job? Do you feel you're on the wrong path? You need to assess these questions. Maybe you want to go back and take a couple courses (upgrade) and start on a new path.

Sometimes when I'm going through periods of stress or anxiety I have the same reoccuring dream I've had now for about 5 years. In it I'm a child again and I'm in a situation where I'm trying to control something or I'm frustrated with something/someone/myself. What emotions do you feel in the dream? Sometimes they're symtomatic of the way your feeling in real life, even if the dream is ludicrous or seemingly disconnected with real life.

We all have dreams where we can go back in time and put right what went wrong. Sometimes frustratingly the same problems reoccur and we go round the same circle. This can show that you keep making the same mistakes and feel unable to break out to move on. Time to be be brave and take a leap if possible.

Offhand, I'd say there was something unsatisfied
and unfullfilled from your past you'd like to resolve.

I think it means that you may have killed someone a long time ago, and while your mind has successfully repressed that memory, your subconscious is leaking it out via your dreams
