I am assuming you mean someone who runs and jumps rather than just being physically strong like Shaq or Yao.
Among current players as they are right now this would be:
1. Dirk Nowitzki (7'0" 245lb)
2. Pau Gasol (7'0" 260lb)
3. Tyson Chandler (7'1" 245lb)
4. Darko Milicic (7'0" 250lb)
5. Andrew Bogut (7'0" 245lb)
I am not excited by this list and obviously Chris Bosh, Tim Duncan, Kevin Garnett, Dwight Howard, Jermaine O'Neal & Amare Stoudemire are more athletic but they are all less than 7 foot.
The all-time list would be:
1. Kareem Abdul-Jabbar (7'2")
2. Wilt Chamberlain (7'1")
3. Hakeem Olajuwon (7'0")
4. David Robinson (7'1")
5. Patrick Ewing (7'0")
Kareem was the one of the fittest and most agile players of all time.
Most people would say that Wilt was more of a power player but he was dunking the ball from the free throw line long before MJ and got any rebound he wanted.
