Love the program, but I just put the 12 episodes of Lost (avi format) on my SD Card. It plays select episodes while playing the audio of the others w/o video. I checked them with my computer, and the files are fine...Also, when it does play, "out of memory" flashes across the screen, though I have 100 mb free on the card and 6 on the palm. Their website is down...Can someone help me please?

Your Palm Zire 71 may not have enough horsepower to run TCPMP avi decoding along with 128bit MP3 audio... The Zire 71 is one of the slower new Palms (only 144MHz).

The Zire 31 (200MHz) or even better the Zire 72 (320MHz) might be able to handle it better.

My X51 (520 MHz) with graphics acceleration has no problem at all with TCPMP.

Just as said, those Palms are at lower echelon of performance, I had Tungsten T3 it should have no problem, that is 400 MHz

Use some video editor and tell us what the streams are would help, I do not think TI OMAPs can overclock like XScales used in higher Palm.

it might be possible to get better performance by downloading WarpSpeed and increasing your processor speed when running TCPMP (see link). The program costs $11 but you can try it out for free.
