veiwing court procedings,The lawyer asked her where she was while her husband was chokeing...I thought it was alittle strange now they say she choked on her on vomit? and no drugs were found in her stomach veiwing the pathology reports? just 3mos apart from her son who may have inherited money. I think it could be a paid job. When money like that is involved, they can make it look like whatever they want professially.

No choking........manner of death has not been determined.
But, yes........things do look fishy.

The chief medical examiner was on the Nancy Grace show last night, and he said there is no truth to the rumor that Anna Nicole Smith choked on her own vomit. Her airways were clear. It is just a rumor.

No, she did not asphyxiate on her vomit. The medical examiner said that yesterday in his statement. There was no physical trauma and no pills were found in her stomach. It is possible she did take pills but they were already absorbed. They now have to wait for toxicology reports.

I don't know who "they" is, but the coroner's report did not indicate asphyxiation as a cause of death. They are waiting for the toxicology report, which will show which drug or drugs killed her.
