Have you ever been to a Buddhist retreat? How'd it go?

A Buddhist retreat? No. Are girls allowed? and who would answer your questions for you if i did go? xx

Been to a few retreats.The first 2 days were tough as the body need to adjust to one meal a day and also having to wake up at 4.30am .Most of the time were spend on meditation and listening to dhamma talk.By the end of the week,most of the participants would be very relax and serene.
