It is very strange to have a spoon fetish. What do you do with them? But sure I would let you in my house since I have some old spoons I need to get rid of.

I saw this movie long time ago (cant remember the name of it) about a kid who when gets invited, with his family, to ppl’s houses for lunch or dinner, he always steal a spoon and hide it in his jacket. One time his Mom caught him and asked him for the reason of doing that, he said he does that to remember the hospitality of that house!
So, if that is ur reason for stealing spoons, u are welcome anytime.

Not as wierd as stealling their forks.
Sure and Id lead you right to the cutlery drawer to make spoon stealing as easy as possible. If you steal all the spoons I have less dishes to put away!

It is a little odd. Do you steal all the spoons or just one? I'd probably let you in my home if I knew you and liked you...I'd just put away my silverware and replace it with plasticware while you were there.

of course, that's a modern custom of bego, come and take all of the spoons that you would like, or wouldn't like if that's how you roll. But if you go near my collection of peanut butter sporks, prepare to be fined -27 shaved pancreases

I have a lot of spoons and almost no forks.
I don't know how this happened.
You are welcome to come and steal my spoons, it will help balance things out.
I do think it is a rather odd habit though.
