eBay to buy them off, you can find them for cheap at good quality. Then when you get back you can sell them on ebay and make a pretty penny off it.

Yea, you can't really return this stuff. But Ski Market always has pretty good sales or if you are in the North East by any chance Bob's Stores always have discounted ski jackets and snow pants.

I have one question....why would you buy a jacket & snowpants then return them after you used them? If there was a problem with them (like a defect, which can't be antisapated) I could see it, but the way you are talking isn't that like stealing? Why not just rent what you need....or borrow....

I got a KILLER deal at good old Wal-Mart.
I got a 3 in 1 waterproof jacket with a down insulation layer over in the mens dept and some waterproof pants from the sporting goods for around 40 bucks.
Not only is it cheap, it is stylish as hell too...No one would think i got this stuff from walmart. It looks just like the big name brand jackets and pants that cost hundreds of dollars more and it works just as well for me. It keeps me warm and dry without weighing me down. Its lasted me all season and it still has plenty of life left in it.
Heres a pic and you can check it out. With gloves, goggles, beanie, and bandanna, I have around 85 dollars in everything. Check it out.

Hmmmm.. sorry, they don't really sell much of that kind of stuff here in mid-Texas *GriN*... you might try renting the items at a ski shop near where you will be snowboarding.

Viking ski shop is great if there is one in your area. otherwise, online is good. Billabong makes amazing snowboard clothing.
