I was just reading read or dream number one and I came across a stereo typical moment in the story. a girl they just saved tells them she's an alien but not just that. she also tells them that she is going to destroy the world because were so war like.
in fiction. why is it in stories a completely so called respectable race of aliens or elf or what ever. is completely willing to wipe out a race thats not that bad thanks to a so called war like history. if you look into the past you'll see both good and bad.
so why our they so higher than though.

It is just common sense to protect yourself against aggressive neighbors.

Might I suggest that you read different materials?
Remember what you are reading is fiction. It sounds like sci fi or something totally off the wall.
Read some nice dog stories and slow down for a few minutes
