No Iraq was already build and had the second to third best infrastructure before Bush came in, two they had a leader that kept all the clan in armony, or by force but in peace, those that refuse to obey or rebel were punished accordingly, and during the saddam period in power he punished less then those killed by Bush since Bush's invasion.. Schoo,l universities, water, electricity all destroyed by Bush in the name of oil,oil,oil,oil. Iraq had nothing to do with 911, which to the eyes of any body that went to school of engineering wheter civil or mechanical it is impossible that a plane take down an sky craper like the trade center much less two. and to manuver a passenger plane into the pentagon impossible maybe a war jet.!!!

I am a bit confused because I am quite sure that those were Iraqi's flying those planes into the WTC, they did not in any way look like Americans to me...so it looks like you may be trying to cause a stir with spreading your propaganda... and I think you are sorely confused, because this war has never been about oil.. perhaps getting back into archives and educating yourself in this field may be a good idea, especially if you show this much interest in it..
