I had a dream a long time ago, and usually I don't remember my dreams, but this one really seemed to stick. I was in like a movie theatre type place with my friends, and it was really dark, and there were stairs. No one was around, but me and my friends. All of a sudden me and my best friend were on top of the stairs, and we just started hearing this real deep, laughing sound. It seemed to be echoing. My friend jumped over the stairs and onto the floor and landed safely, and ran out. But for some reason I tried running down the stairs, and it seemed like something was just pullig me back. The laughing was just so disturbing though. Could this mean anything? I tried many websites and couldn't find anything on it.

Dreams are simply random electrical impulses that generate in your brain stem. The "movie" that you see when you dream is your brain's attempt to make sense of this activity, often attaching memories, fantasies, or fears to the neural impulses.

Well, I think it means you and your friends had a goal that you've always wanted to reach, yet only you and one of your friends had the oppertunity to achieve it. Once you reached the top, some people didn't think you'd make it (laughing). Your friend eventually gets tired and runs away, while you wanna hold on and don't and are confused if you should that's why when you try to run something always holds you back.

;) I hope I helped you out

Generally laughter is associated with joy...

A creepy laughter? Maybe a disturbing joy, something that you don't want to like or indulge in, but it keeps pulling you back.

Investigate your shadow side because it can show you what your strengths are too.
