It's more likely that it's not reading it correctly. Speedfan can't read all the sensors correctly, I have one that reads as -128C as in below 0C and I know for a fact that's not correct. If all the other readings are within norms (say around 40C to 65C) then you have nothing to worry about and it's just not reading it right.

Then again, IF it is a correct reading, your PC is about to fry itself or some part of it is... if it were a critical component, chances are the computer would have shut itself down by now to prevent damage. While that is possibly, my vote is on a faulty sensor or faulty sensor reading.

u could try the free version of everest ... it may point to what it is more accurately ..
