Yes, it is cancelled. Only two more episodes left on Fox. Only thing I can say is buy the O.C. seasons 1-4 on dvd. Target's always have sales. I got mine for $18. I'm a fan too. But after they killed off Marissa the ratings began to decline. I wish I could have attended the last two tapings.

Feb 22nd is the last show. After they killed off what's her name...(sorry her name slipped me) the shows rating plummeted..they figure its time to get out with some dignity left...sorry
