Doc with a goatee...? or Genie with a hydrogen symbol on his forehead...? You can answer the other two questions too, if you really want to.

Doc wins easy. You might think that he is limited by science, while Genie has magic up his sleeve, but he's not limited by a caring conscience. Genie would not do the things capable of stopping Doc, all the while Doc would execute him with the same face he had when the Comedian shot the vietmanese mother to-be. Genie versus Johnny Thunder's Thunderbolt would be a better match-up.

Doc would look like a cool mirror-doc with a goatee, but he would never had one. He cares little for fashion facial hair while not wearing pants. And Genie with a hydrogen symbol would last jsut long enough for him to transform into a mountie, mickey mouse, and elvis in 30 seconds. Just enough time for the spastic Robin Williams to spout out enough coked-up references that would make Seth Green go blind.

I'm pretty sure there will be a low number of answers to this question.

Then again, I like questions involving Moore's Watchmen!

The Doc with the goatee probably would look pretty wicked, if he didn't look so dang SAD all the time; all conflicted with all his Madrox clones everywhere at once doing 8 or 9 projects....

The Genie, on the other hand, would probably look silly with that hydrogen symbol on his head, and would probably just yank down that turban to hide it!

As for the separated at birth; who'd win question - I can see how they look pretty darn similar, but ... one's alllll magic, the other's allllll science. Who can tell how the Genie came into existence? Some sort of aftermath from the contained nuke bomb that created Doc Manhattan?

Who'd beat whom? I gotta go with Genie with this one, magic has its hold over science when you take away all the suspension of disbelief and hold all things true when it comes to what the Genie can do. Oh sure, Doc Manhattan would be able to level the Earth, but c'mon. Genie can do everything the Doc can do - plus, he'd do a million other zany wacky things that would have the same effect - but he isn't limited by the laws of science!
