The ways humans can affect albedo is by cutting down trees and replacing them with concrete and roads. This will raise the albedo and make things feel warmer for longer as the shortwave infrared radiation is absorbed by these surfaces and re-emitted later a long-wave IR radiation (heat). This is called the Urban Heat Island Effect and will account for differences in temperature between country and city areas. The albedo of a surface has nothing to do with global warming. It is purely a property of the surface that is absorbing the radiation.

If our Theory of Global Warming is correct, then we will cause warmer Global temperatures world wide. By doing this we cause less snow to be on the ground because it is warmer...snow has an albedo of about 0.8, if we have much less snow then we have less light being reflected back into the atmosphere!

It isn't. The albedo is affected by the weather.
