No. I will just grab a tablespoon with peanut butter on it and take a lick and then take a bite of the banana! not as messy

I used to eat that every morning for breakfast. It's a good way to get you 5 a day fruits and vegetables and it gives you a bit of protein. Besided,it's yummy.
