ARTICLE XXVIII.

Article third of the constitution is amended by adding section 18 as follows:

Sec. 18 a. The amount of general budget expenditures authorized for any fiscal year shall not exceed the estimated amount of revenue for such fiscal year.

drive over 65 mph on california's freeways and get away
with it. but millions do it everyday. dig?

Sadly, she can do what ever she wants because she is the governor. You can as I am write to your state representative and voice your concerns.

She also says that she is raising the state income tax to fund education, but what she is really doing is raising the tax to fund the under funded teachers pension plan.

Also she is suggesting the elimination of the vehicle property tax, which is currently used by our local towns. This will only force local governments to raise taxes to compensate for the loss.

The real question here is where is all of the money the state collects from the casinos? Our town hasn't seen 1 penny!
