It's not easy to catch a bunny learning and photograph it too. But I've put what I could find in the "Sources" below.

I've had two pet rabbits. I think they learn from what works for other rabbits (or the humans they live with). But also, rabbits do a lot of exploring and testing. They learn by putting things in their mouths and tasting/chewing just like a human child. Also they sniff and listen.
It's really fun to watch a rabbit stretch and stretch it's body to investigate something while keeping it's hind feet planted in a safe place.

A rabbit is preserved by its instinct to run first and ask questions later whenever it detects something it doesn't recognize immediately as safe.

A rabbit can be "trained" by being given a reward (food or praise) immediately upon doing what the trainer likes. Or being discouraged (with a grunt, or being gently moved away) when it does an unwanted behavior.

I hope this helps. From my survey of rabbit pictures online, I conclude that other rabbit lovers are like me in that we take cute portraits but we never take shots of our rabbit being trained.

They learn like us, by observing there parents.

There are 25 different species of rabbits. They live in a variety of environments, including deserts, swamps, marshes, forests, grasslands, and prairies. Rabbits are found on every continent except Antarctica.
Most rabbits live for about a year in the wild. They are hunted by dogs, foxes, raccoons, weasels, bobcats, lynxes, hawks, and eagles.

Anatomy: Rabbits range in size from 1 to 2 feet (30 to 60 cm) long. They have very big and powerful hind legs which they use for hopping and for digging burrows.

Diet: Rabbits are herbivores (plant-eaters). They eat grass, leaves, bark, and twigs.

Classification: Kingdom Animalia (animals), Phylum Chordata (having a notochord), Class Mammalia (mammals), order Lagomorpha (rabbits, hares, and pikas), Family Leporidae (rabbits and hares), many Genera.

Google something like training rabbits. And all rabbits go to the bathroom in one side of their cage, that's not special.
